Mr. Bob Sullivan, CCIM, the principal owner of NAI Sullivan Group has more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience. In 1991, after 30 successful years as a prominent restaurateur, Mr. Sullivan began his career in commercial real estate. In 1995, Mr. Sullivan secured the Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate franchise for Oklahoma City.

Mr. Sullivan earned prestigious distinctions at Coldwell Banker Commercial, including recognition as the top producer for five years in a row, being named to the President’s Circle of Distinction four years in a row, and being nationally ranked in the top 5% of sales. In 2002, Mr. Sullivan ventured out on his own with the inauguration of the NAI Sullivan Group.
