Membership shall be limited to 35. This may be raised by a majority vote of the membership when a quorum is present.

One representative shall be allowed from each business, profession, or specialty. Membership in the Club shall preclude membership in any other like organization.

Any member who changes jobs must resubmit application for membership to the Membership Committee. Membership Committee will analyze the application to see if the member will be any competition with the current membership of the Should the Membership Committee find there is no competition membership, he/she can transfer the new job description member without a vote of membership.
